1. What this site is
This website is operated by Action Oriented BPO, a lead generation and marketing company. It is a solicitation for insurance. We are not an insurance company or agency, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, the federal Medicare program, or the Social Security Administration, and we do not underwrite, issue, price or service insurance policies.
2. No offer or guarantee of coverage
Submitting the form is a request to be contacted. It is not an application for insurance and creates no coverage. Whether coverage is available to you, on what terms, and at what price is decided solely by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative ranges, not quotes.
3. Your consent to be contacted
By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you give your prior express written consent for Action Oriented BPO and its own licensed insurance agents to contact you at the telephone number and email address you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may revoke consent at any time by any reasonable means, including replying STOP to a text, telling an agent to stop calling, or emailing optout@actionorientedbpo.com. Revoking consent for calls and texts does not by itself withdraw an insurance application you may have submitted.
4. Accurate information and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident, and the telephone number you submit must be your own number that you are authorized to give consent for. Submitting someone else's number, or false information, is a breach of these terms.
5. Consent and audit records
To document that you asked to be contacted, we record the consent language shown to you, the timestamp, your IP address, your browser user agent, the page address, and the campaign parameters of the link you used. We retain these records for five years and may produce them to regulators, carriers, or in litigation.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit automated, fraudulent or bulk entries, attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site is owned by Action Oriented BPO or its licensors. Carrier and product names and logos belong to their respective owners and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Action Oriented BPO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from any contact by a partner agent, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Third-party conduct
Our agents are individually licensed and are responsible for maintaining their own licensing in the states where they write business. Insurance carriers are separate companies: they make their own underwriting, pricing and claims decisions, and we do not control or guarantee those decisions.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
