Who will contact you

When you check the consent box on our quote form, you are giving permission to Action Oriented BPO and to the licensed insurance agents who work for us. Nobody else.

We do not sell your information

Your name, phone number and email are not sold, rented or passed to unrelated third parties, lead aggregators or data brokers. They are used to have one of our own licensed agents contact you about the coverage you asked about, and for nothing else.

Who actually calls you

A licensed insurance agent employed or contracted by Action Oriented BPO, appointed in your state, who has read the answers you submitted before dialing. Agents are licensed with the insurance department of the state they write business in. If you want to verify an agent's licence, ask them for their National Producer Number on the call and check it at the NIPR licence lookup.

Carriers

Action Oriented BPO is not an insurance company and does not issue policies. If you choose to apply, the application goes to a licensed insurance carrier, which makes its own underwriting decision. The agent will tell you which carrier before you apply.

If this ever changes

If we ever begin routing requests to agents outside our own team, the consent language on the form will be changed first and a list of those parties will be published here. A change would apply only to consents collected after it takes effect. We do not apply a broadened scope retroactively to people who consented under narrower terms.
