Action Oriented BPO

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

This policy explains what Action Oriented BPO ("AOB", "we", "us") collects when you use this website and request a final expense insurance quote, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email management@actionorientedbpo.com.

Who we are

Action Oriented BPO is a lead generation and marketing company. We are not an insurance company, an insurance agency, or a government agency. We do not underwrite policies, make coverage decisions, or pay claims. We connect consumers who ask to be contacted with our own licensed insurance agents.

What we collect

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, government ID numbers, bank or card numbers, or medical records through this form. Do not enter them.

How we use it

To contact you about final expense and other life insurance products you asked about; to route your request to a licensed agent appointed in your state; to keep proof of your consent for legal and audit purposes; to detect fraudulent or automated submissions; and to comply with applicable law.

Who we share it with

Your contact information and quote answers are used by our own licensed insurance agents, appointed in your state, to quote and service your request. See Who Contacts You. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf (website hosting, database storage, email delivery and bot protection). If you choose to apply for a policy, your application is submitted to the licensed insurance carrier you apply to. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or data brokers.

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or to establish or defend legal claims, including producing your consent record.

Calls, texts and recordings

If you consent, our partner agents may call and text you, including with an automatic telephone dialing system and prerecorded or artificial voice messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance.

How to stop contact

You may revoke your consent at any time and by any reasonable means: reply STOP to any text message, tell an agent on the phone to stop contacting you, or email optout@actionorientedbpo.com. We record every revocation with a timestamp and add the number to our internal do-not-call list. Requests are honored promptly and in no case later than ten business days.

How long we keep it

Consent records, revocation records and the associated lead data are retained for five years from the date of collection, to cover the statute of limitations for telephone consumer protection claims. Records may be kept longer where a legal hold applies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may submit a request to privacy@actionorientedbpo.com. We will verify your identity before acting. Note that we may retain consent and revocation records where we are required or permitted to keep them for legal defense.

Children

This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be posted on this page.
